August 2, 2021 (Nashville, TN) Music industry leaders have come together to launch an artist giveback initiative, Hometown Hero led by Innovo Management, LLC. The pandemic hit artists in the music industry particularly hard and many artists have found it challenging to get their music from writing room to release. Hometown Hero is the brainchild of Sam Saideman, Co-Founder and CEO of Innovo Management. Sam and his team at Innovo reached out and collaborated with key industry leaders, who enthusiastically jumped on board with their support. These leaders are offering their products, services and/or expertise as part of the winning prize package or, by serving as an industry judge. While this prize package is valued at more than $20,000, the winner will enjoy an experience worth so much more. This music industry prize package is designed to help an artist professionally produce and promote their music from start to finish in a way that many deserving artists could not otherwise afford.
“We’re climbing out of a pandemic and people have changed. What shouldn’t change is our relentless commitment to help others. This is our way of using our relationships, resources and energy to help someone deserving.” – Sam Saideman, Co-Founder & CEO Innovo Management, LLC.
Nominations are open from August 1st to August 31st and can be submitted here: Hometown Hero Nominations. Hometown Hero is open to all music genres from anywhere in the world. Anyone can nominate an artist they believe is a Hometown Hero, including self nominations. During the month nominations are open, Hometown Hero looks forward to sharing many of the nominees’ heartfelt stories.

“The past year has been brutal for the music industry, and we’re not in the clear yet. Sam is doing real work in his day-to-day efforts to get folks back on their feet. Hometown Hero is a community-focused way to recognize musicians in a year where people have not necessarily felt very seen. I see the prize as a community-driven effort to help someone recover and move their career forward.” –Wes Davenport – No Country, PopSquad and more,
“We have witnessed celebrities contributing to the world during COVID-19, and I am excited to now shine a spotlight on developing artists who have gone above and beyond for their hometowns. Artist development is my greatest passion, so I am grateful to be a part of this incredible initiative and to support an artist who has given back during the pandemic.”-Blair Miller, Jonas Group Media
