WATERPARKS release music video for current single ‘ANY MINUTE NOW’

THE PROWLER TOUR hits the UK in March

Pop-rock trailblazers Waterparks have released the official music video for their latest single “ANY MINUTE NOW,” out now via BMG. The visual arrives as the band wraps the US leg of The Prowler Tour, which concludes next week with a final show in Los Angeles on December 18th

Spliced together from years of footage, both onstage and off, the video acts as a time capsule for Waterparks. Pulling from behind-the-scenes, onstage, and never-before-seen footage, the band offers a chaotic yet reflective look at who they were and who they’ve become. It lands as a moment of reflection ahead of the band’s next wave of music, expected in 2026.

Speaking of ‘ANY MINUTE NOW’, frontman Awsten Knight shares. “ANY MINUTE NOW is about the uncertainty of growing up. When you’re a kid, everything feels so confusing and overwhelming, but you think “when I’m older everything will make sense.”  Then you’re a teenager and you’re like, “this is all bullshit, but everything will make sense when I’m an adult, the rest of this will be figured out.” Then you become an adult and you’re like, “Fuck, because I know to have even more questions now, things make even less sense.”

When you’re younger, it’s easy to look at people who have lived longer than you for a guiding light or a North Star to follow, but the comfort comes from learning that you’re not as far behind everyone else as it may feel sometimes. Even if it seems like people have their shit together, most people are just doing their best, one day at a time.

I think the idea is that even though you’re smarter than to assume anyone has all the answers, for some reason you, and everyone else continues looking for perfect resolution, validation, success, everything, waiting patiently saying “this will all make sense… any minute now.”
