(New York, NY – May 2, 2023) Seattle rockers Moon Fever are back with the music video for their latest single “Getting Loud.” The high-energy rocker is the latest song released by the quartet comprised of Triston Bracht [vocals], Mitch Micoley [guitar], Dave Orton [bass], and Troy Wageman [drums]. “Getting Loud” starts with driving guitars before the memorable vocals kick in showcasing the band’s musical ties to their hometown. The new single is available via all major DSP’s and can be found through this link: https://vydia.lnk.to/GettingLoud. The performance music video was directed by Jim Louvau and can be seen here: https://youtu.be/_lhUZZI103s.

“’Getting Loud’ is Moon Fever’s version of a high-energy, guitar-driven rock song. Working with Jim Louvau and his visual magic dust really brought the song to life in a way that exceeded anything we had in our heads. The main riff was inspired by The Amazing Snake Head track ‘Here It Comes Again’ mixed with Queens of the Stone Age  ‘Little Sister.’ Both of these bands are major influences on me, and I can’t wait to see what people think once it is released,” explains guitarist Mitch Micoley.

To coincide with the release of the new single and video, Moon Fever is currently on tour of the United States. The band is out on the road with Adelita’s Way, Otherwise and Above Snakes. As if channeling a primal urge to let loose under cover of darkness, Moon Fever churn out slick, swaggering, and soulful rock ‘n’ roll anthems amplified by raw attitude and stark emotion. The Seattle quartet—Triston Bracht [vocals], Mitch Micoley [guitar], Dave Orton [bass], and Troy Wageman [drums]—captivate with a one-two punch of raucous instrumentation and intoxicating melodies. At 17-years-old, Mitch traded his hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin for Los Angeles, CA. However, Seattle called to him in 2020. He settled in the Emerald City and linked up with Troy and Dave. Nodding to influences such as Queens of the Stone Age, Royal Blood, The Doors, and Alice In Chains, the group had initially gained traction with the Payphone BluesEP highlighted by “Cocaine,” which generated millions streams across digital service providers and counting.  Upon meeting Triston in 2022, the lineup cemented. Building a reputation as a proven live presence, the musicians lit up stages alongside the likes of Adelita’s Way, Godsmack, Otherwise and Buckcherry. After earning acclaim from the likes of Alternative Press, Substream Magazine and many more, the group continues to sharpen their signature style and are planning to release a complete collection of songs later this year.
