Overtime Premiere Video For New Track “The Last Flame” Exclusively With Rock ‘N’ Load

QUOTE FROM OVERTIME:

The Last Flame to me means the last one standing. When you think about how a fire takes a structure, it’s The Last Flame with the last story to tell. This is the first song that I’ve put out that my band wrote with me. My bass player Andrew Sweeney started strumming a pattern and it caught my ear. It took a few minutes and the chorus presented itself to me! Acoustic guitar and vocals were then recorded when we returned to Montana in my studio. My drummer George Kimerly IV and guitar player Damien McInnis then took our scratch recording and wrote their parts for the song. The rest of the song was recorded at Buzz Records in Missoula, MT and then sent off to my producer Wavbenderz to add his magic touch.  I think this song will fit well into my catalog. It’s really the introduction to what things might become as the years go by. I’d like to make a lot more songs with my band.

Montana is known for its resources and stunning scenery that will take your breath away, but also for its outlaw state of mind. The state has a rich history of legendary pioneers that walked a razor thin line between law and outlaw. Montana country rapper Overtime is paying homage to his outlaw roots with his new single “The Last Flame”. The song is the latest single from Overtime’s upcoming new album “Self Made In America” which is set for release through his own independent label Selective Interest Group on June 10th, 2022.

Armed with his blue-collar work ethic and patriotic values, Overtime has quietly built a music empire bigger than he ever could have imagined. Born a Montana native, Overtime’s brand of unapologetic working-class country rap has earned him 110 million Youtube views from his 255,000 subscribers and 275,000 monthly Spotify listeners. Fans have connected with Overtime’s heart, honesty and determination to prove that country boys can survive and thrive in the music business. Everything he’s done has been with a blue-collar mindset, self-booking over 20 cross-country tours without a booking agent, record label, or management to navigate through the shark-infested waters of the music business.

Overtime’s last album 2019 “Divided We Fall” charted on Billboard in two different categories, including R&B/Hip-Hop Album Sales at #42 and the Heatseekers Mountain at #2. He’s proudly independent and waving the flag for other artists to adopt his “do it yourself” mindset.
