German stadium rockers Kissin’ Dynamite are back with their 8th studio album “Back with a Bang”. Following up on their last album released back in 2022 with Napalm Records, the band are kicking ass more than ever with this latest offering.
“Back with a Bang” is an explosive 12-track album that keeps on giving. From the lighthearted and bouncy tracks like “Raise your Glass” to the heavier “Queen of The Night” taking you through just the first 4 tracks, the band certainly don’t get themselves stuck in the same style rut. With wailing guitars, prominent keyboards and a driving rhythm and beat, the band covers everything that you want from a stadium band. Throw that in with catchy choruses and bridges and it’s a recipe that the band have clearly worked hard to orchestrate and put together. There’s always a sense of wanting a well-rounded album to take you on a journey of highs and lows and “Back with a Bang” does just that. From the melancholy ‘I Do It My Way” that is full of heart-filled passion to the toe-tapping “When the Lights Go Out” that has a catchy rip-roaring chorus, there’s something for everyone.
With so many stadium/hair metal bands holding a part of rock history that’s difficult to replicate now, Kissin’ Dynamite have found a gap that fills that void while still being modern and contemporary. They have found that recipe for creating music that is hard hitting, catchy and that just makes you feel good. “Back with a Bang” brings all of that together into one kick-ass album that will easily find itself in your regular rotation.
