King Herd, one of the most exciting new rock acts in the UK, are set to release their debut album, “King Herd”, on the 22nd September 2023. The band will also release a new single “Somebody Else”, on the same day.

The band released three singles, “Remedy”, “Medicine” and “Halo”, in 2022 to widespread critical acclaim. All three were A listed on Planet Rock radio. Without any real push the band were then invited to open for Reef, Feeder and Gun, and to play Steelhouse festival and Planet Rock’s Winters End Festival. These appearances helped them to pick up a whole host of new fans with their stunning live show.

New single “Like It Used To Be” is a powerful ballad with driving riffs and soaring, forceful melodies of vocalist Dave Taylor. The single is currently A listed on Planet Rock radio (their fourth consequetive single to be A listed).

With all the building blocks in place, and a like-minded purpose and vision among all the members of the band, King Herd compled the recording of their debut album with Sam Miller (The Temperance Movement) at the helm.

King Herd are set to tour the UK in 2023. Dates curently announced are:
