Speaking about the tour, Millie says:

Coming back to grassroots venues with a smaller capacity than we have been playing recently is going to be so wonderfully intense and intimate. We will be bringing our melting pot of party and rage as we Age Disgracefully in a time that is so unforgiving in so many ways.

In addition to the tour, the band play at a number of UK festivals throughout the summer and Millie will be performing several solo shows supporting some of the greats:

For the first time in a while we have a great mix of both acoustic and full band shows this summer and will be sharing stages with some of the biggest G.O.A.T. names in ska and rock, both solo and with my incredible band. I am genuinely so excited and so honoured to get these invites.

Millie Manders and The Shutup’s cross-genre rock has become increasingly hard to ignore over recent years. With main stage appearances at such notable festivals as Slam Dunk, Rebellion and Beautiful Days, and extensive support from the likes of BBC Introducing, Radio X and national press, the last two years have propelled the band into the public conscience and the music industry at large with their live shows renowned for their power and contagious energy.

Fronted by Millie Manders, whose incredible vocal dexterity is backed by grinding guitars, irresistible horns and huge pop appeal, their lyrics deliberate on themes of loss, betrayal, anxiety, heartbreak and bitterness, anger, environmental catastrophe and political unrest. With a policy of ensuring that zero plastic wrapping is used on merchandise and that limited edition artwork and clothing is sold to help raise money for charities, Millie Manders and The Shutup are striving to make a difference whilst keeping us both uplifted and brilliantly entertained.

Millie Manders and The Shutup are currently working on their eagerly anticipated third album.
