I HATE MY VILLAGE
NEW SINGLE ‘JIM’ OUT NOW
NEW ALBUM ‘NEVERMIND THE TEMPO’ OUT 17 MAY VIA LOCOMOTIV RECORDS
I Hate My Village have today shared new single ‘Jim‘, the last preview of their upcoming new album ‘Nevermind the Tempo‘, out on 17th May via Locomotiv Records.
Following on the tribal and futuristic ‘Water Tanks‘ and the visionary and brilliantly unpredictable ‘Artiminime‘, new single ‘Jim’ is a deceptively carefree song that hides shards of pain and discontent.

‘Nevermind The Tempo‘ is the long-awaited return of Italy’s most loved indie supergroup, made up of four leading figures of the country’s alternative music scene: Adriano Viterbini (Bud Spencer Blues Explosion), Fabio Rondanini (Calibro 35, Afterhours), Marco Fasolo (Jennifer Gentle) and Alberto Ferrari (Verdena). It is the brilliant, wild, and daring fusion of four very different artists capable of completing each other naturally and instinctively. On the record, I Hate My Village create a whole universe, full of galaxies to explore: a free and liberating creative big bang crossed by unpredictable sonic meteors, a hypnotic black hole to let yourself be sucked into.
The band has already confirmed a string of live dates in Italy in Spring/Summer, with European dates to be announced soon. Tickets and info available here.
