Following on from playing main support to Snow Patrol throughout Europe over two weeks in February, Bangor four-piece, The Florentinas are pleased to release their new single ‘FOR YOU’.
Paddy from The Florentinas said; “For you’ is a plea to reach a loved one who carries their struggles in silence, navigating the complexities of breaking down emotional walls. Co-written and produced by Iain Archer and Rocky O’Reilly, we feel that we have really crafted something special. We’re so happy to get it out into the world”

The Bangor four-piece have made a huge impact, releasing four radio singles, ‘Miami’, Sandcastles’, ‘It’s Not In Vain’ and ‘Weatherman’, receiving daytime playlist support across some of Ireland’s largest radio stations, supporting artists such as, Nothing But Thieves, The Amazons, Stereophonics and Snow Patrol, as well as performing at Stendhal Festival, CHSq, Electric Picnic and Other Voices in 2022 and closed the year by winning the BBC Introducing Artist of the Year award at the Northern Ireland Music Prize.
Their hook-heavy indie rock has garnered attention at home and beyond, signing a publishing deal with BMG in 2020.
