Albert Frost shares the video for his track Storms are Breaking feat Arno Carstens

Renowned South African guitarist Albert Frost joins forces with longtime friend, bandmate and Springbok Nude Girls vocalist Arno Carstens for his new single Storms are Breaking. The track is taken from Alberts recently released album Sacred Sounds.
“Storms Are Breaking is an African rock song that embodies my love of West African music fused with good old rock and roll, a musical journey that touches on our fear of shutting falling apart.” Explains Albert.
Arno Carstens elaborates, “After a morning hanging with Mr Frost and talking about what was going on in each other’s lives, we proceeded to the listening session for the song. The lyrics flowed seamlessly over a melody previously created for that specific moment. It’s a lighthearted acknowledgment and acceptance of the inevitable future storm heading your way. It was really strong and fresh sounding, so it’s with great pleasure to play a small role in this fantastic song of his.”
About Albert Frost
For the past two decades the energetic performances of the SAMA award winner have captured audiences worldwide. Referred to as “the dark prince of South African blues” by Rolling Stone, Frost deftly alternates between rhythm and lead, showcasing his extraordinary skills on the acoustic and electric guitars. His first love is the Blues, stemming from the influence of his long relationship with the Blues Broers, a well-known and respected group from Cape Town with whom he has performed since 1994 at the age of 17.In 2000 Frost became one of the first Fender endorsees in South Africa and has been linked with the brand ever since. April 2016 saw the release of his much anticipated third solo album, The Wake Up The album won BEST ROCK ALBUM at the 2017 SOUTH AFRICAN MUSIC AWARDS After a very successful 2017 Klein Karoo National Arts Festival, Frost was nominated for a Kanna award as well as a kykNETFiëstas 2018 for the Best Music Production for the two shows: with Loki Rothman (The Acoustic Guitar) and with Zolani Mahola (Rok en Rol.)
Over the years Albert has supported and toured with the likes of Simple Minds, REM, Ali Farka Touré and the Rolling Stones as well as performing at respected festivals like Oppikoppi, The Ilse Of Wight and Hard Rock Calling.
