Based in New England, Stab are crafting punchy melodic hardcore that beckons on nostalgia. Today, the band unleash their debut album Lost In Maine, available through Unbeaten Records. Recorded and produced by Evan Sammons in Belgrade, Maine winter 2025, the album captures the same New England drear it was created in while still delivering with maximum, unrelenting energy. The bulk of the album rides on anthemic tracks with gang vocals meant to be screamed along with and riffs made for pile ons and two stepping. Guest features from Citizen’s Mat Kerkes and Recollection’s Josh Hynes showcase collaboration fueled by admiration.

“Stab as a whole is a love letter to where we’re from. Musically, we’ve been spoiled to grow up in the New England hardcore scene. Lyrically we’re trying to capture how and where we’ve grown up. The melancholy and loneliness of a New England winter, falling in love during the summer months, battling addiction, losing your friends, being surrounded by people you can’t stand and pushing on despite it all.”
