Yvet Garden will release their next EP ‘A Long Way Down’ on KROD Records in late autumn 2023Yvet Garden have signed to KROD Records for a very dark EP, more melancholy and rocking than their previous pop-punk releases. This will be a 6-track EP on a pretty purple vinyl format, which will be available for pre-order in September. Yvet Garden presents their second single ‘ When The Angels Fall‘ from the EP. When The Angels Fall, as its name suggests, is a rather dark song about depression. Rudy from the band tells us more about his story: After our epic trip to the UK at the end of 2019, some members took a step back from the band and the global pandemic followed, which was mentally quite difficult on a personal level for all of us. This song is the 1st composition Flo has come up with since then, and I was keen to express what I was feeling at the time. Depression is a subject I take very seriously, as it’s often invisible to others and can cause a lot of damage. Rest assured, I’m fine! But not everyone is, so don’t hesitate to speak out. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel. |
