About When Forever Finds Me: Hailing from Kansas City, versatile metalcore outfit, When Forever Finds Me is a refreshing new face to the scene that hasn’t had the easiest start. “We love that our favorite bands give us an emotional release. We hope to capture that kind of feeling with our music. ” Says lead vocalist, Nick Tate. “We’ve always wanted to make music for people like ourselves.”
Pulling inspirations from bands such as Linkin Park, Imminence and The Plot In You, When Forever Finds Me challenges fans to make their own art from the music they create. “If something in our songs moves you, then relate it to your own life.” Says Tate about the message behind their music.
The band is gearing up to release their newest single, “Bloodline,” due out September 26. The track hones in on the band’s ability to create a new brutal dynamic.
“”Bloodline” is a song about being betrayed or hurt by someone very dear to you. We wanted to channel aggression that was draped on a kind of sadness or grief.” Says the band about the new track. “That was the idea. Hopefully this song resonates with listeners in some way.”
The band has brought their energetic show to life sharing the stage with bands such as Sleep Signals, Oceano, Young Medicine and more. When Forever Finds Me continues to evolve as they explore different elements as musicians, “We want others to feel the connection to our music similar to the connection we felt to music growing up.” Says lead guitarist, Dylan Weber. “Even to this day, we want listeners to share in the sense of wonder that music can cause.” Hear “Bloodline” on September 26 across all streaming platforms.
