UK HEADLINE TOUR CONFIRMED FOR NOVEMBER 2025
Continuing on the path towards the October release of her new album, Laura Evans has released her latest single ‘Superman’,
2025 has been a bumper year so far for Wales’ own Laura Evans – previous singles ‘Honest’ and ‘Nobody Loves Me Like You’ have seen extensive airplay on BBC Radio 2 with spins from Cerys Matthews and Owain Wyn Evans, she made an interview appearance on Gaby Roslin’s show for BBC London, and was the first guest for ‘Live at Your Local’ hosted by BBC Radio Wales.
With the release of her sophomore album Out of the Dark fast approaching, the latest single to be lifted from it, entitled ‘Superman’ (out now), provides another thrilling glimpse of what to expect. The inspiration behind the track is very close to home for Laura, pairing her unmistakable vocals with a pounding groove to deliver an infectious energy sure to resonate with both loyal fans and fresh ears alike.
Laura Evans: ‘The melody and the idea for “Superman” came pretty quickly and it was just a joy to write – when I first met my husband back in 2020, my friends used to call him ‘Superman’ because he kind of looked like Clark Kent. That memory stuck with me!
I’ve written a lot of sad songs over the years, but this felt like the right moment to write something joyful, an upbeat love song that everyone can connect with.
Following the release of the album, Laura will be embarking on her biggest headline UK tour to date in November. Tickets are available now from her website, link here.

Bio:
Hailing from the South Wales Valleys, Laura Evans has been captivating audiences since she first picked up a microphone at the age of five. By fourteen, she was already writing songs that showcased the raw honesty and powerful emotion that would become her signature. With a distinctive powerful voice that defies genre, blending soulful blues, heartfelt pop, and touches of rock, Laura stands out as a true force on today’s music scene.
Laura burst onto the scene with her debut album State Of Mind in 2022, a record that drew praise from Classic Rock Magazine, who likened her to a modern-day Stevie Nicks. The album’s success earned her the cover spot on Spotify’s ‘Nu Blue’ playlist and regular spins on Cerys Matthews’ BBC Radio 2 Blues Show and BBC Radio Wales, cementing her as one of the UK’s rising blues voices. To date, her music has resonated around the world, racking up over 3 million streams on Spotify alone.
With her reputation for electric live shows, Laura quickly became the go-to artist to join heavyweight tours, sharing the stage with the likes of Robert Jon & The Wreck, Cardinal Black, and Walter Trout. In 2023 and 2024, she took her sound across Europe, lighting up stages in the Netherlands, Germany, and France and picking up rave reviews along the way, with fans and critics alike hailing her as the real deal.
A major milestone came at the end of 2024 when Laura’s music was added to the BBC Radio 2 playlist, a rare feat for an independent artist, with enthusiastic support from presenters across the station, including Scott Mills on his breakfast show.
