June 21, 2024 – New York, NY – Today, French pop punk band Two Trains Left have released their new single and music video for “Sail Away” (feat Chunk! No Captain Chunk!). Blending both Parisian artist’s distinct styles together brings a powerful dynamic to the song, creating a unique sound that serves as a personal anthem of growth, self-discovery and determination. “Sail Away” reminds us that we are meant for more. With every heartbreak and stumble, we find the courage to rise again, refusing to be confined by the expectations of others. Combining catchy guitar riffs, groovy basslines and powerful vocals, “Sail Away” invites listeners on a journey through raw emotion and undeniable intensity.

“Sail Away is a special track for us, made even more incredible by collaborating with Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!. It perfectly captures the energy and spirit of our band, blending groovy rhythms with a heavier edge. We had a blast creating this song, and we hope our fans feel that same excitement when they listen”  shares the group.

Having recently opened for Neck Deep, the uplifting single also marks an important point of evolution for the French rockers: as they began to step away from their pop punk roots and experiment with a surprising and innovative new sound. Two Trains Left hopes that listeners are reminded to embrace change, accept the unknown, never back away from a challenge, and most importantly – never settle. The song’s energetic nature inspires a sense of courage and the excitement of embarking on new journeys. Stay tuned for more music coming soon.

Two Trains left consists of Dimitri Ben Hamou (Singer/Guitarist), Julien Debruyne (Guitarist), Tom Bessah (Bassist) and J-B Paon (Drummer).

Two Trains Left Bio

Two Trains Left is a pop-punk band hailing from Paris. Their debut EP, “Sorry & Pathetic,” released in 2018, garnered significant attention and set the stage for the band’s future successes. This initial triumph led them to open for notable acts such as Anti-Flag, Story Untold, Between You & Me, and Hockey Dad in Paris, as well as Møme on the main stage of the “24h de l’INSA” festival in Lyon. The lockdowns of 2020 pushed 2TL to release three singles, spreading optimism to their fanbase while preparing for the future. In the summer of 2021, they released their second EP, “As Safe As Yesterday,” which was met with acclaim from both the press and fans alike. This EP marked the beginning of a new era for the band, blending pop-punk with a softer vibe and introducing a fresh atmosphere to their sound. The band revitalized “As Safe As Yesterday” by releasing a DELUXE version featuring their live session “Live in Marseille.” With over a million streams, ASAY became the soundtrack for Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!’s French tour in 2022. As die-hard fans of Huey Lewis and The News, they decided to release a cover of the iconic 80s hit “Stuck With You.” This cover caught the attention of the legendary band, who even reposted it on social media. In the spring of 2023, Two Trains Left embarked on a tour with the band Moonball (featuring members of Landmvrks), playing their single “Lack of Sleep” in Marseille, Lyon, and Paris. They followed this with the release of their single “Feeling Fine.” By the end of 2023, 2TL released “Comfort Zone,” headlined a sold-out show in Lyon, performed at the first edition of Mvrksfest, and opened for Neck Deep in Paris during their latest EU tour. In April 2024, they released their single “Alone.” Following “Alone,” they are set to release their next single, “Sail Away” featuring Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! out now. New music coming soon.
