Todd Rundgren will perform four UK dates in September 2026 on his ‘Damned If I Do’ tour that will also see multiple US dates; tickets will go on sale on Friday 8th May 2026 at 10am and be available from aegp.uk/ToddR26. The shows on this tour are expected to feature plenty of ‘fan favourite’ songs and, as Todd Rundgren himself said, “It’s always a challenge for me because my audience is so diverse, I never know what they’re in the mood for. I want to make sure we have all the musical ammunition we need to satisfy the spectrum”. Todd Rundgren is a mercurial performer, writer, producer, cutting edge technological innovator and pioneer [with a whole host of ‘firsts’ in the worlds of broadcast, graphics, video, VR, online music and interactivity]. Founding and fronting The Nazz, Todd Rundgren left to forge a solo career. Whilst ‘Runt’ came first in 1970, and cast a famously long shadow, it was 1972’s seminal ‘Something/Anything?, on which he played all the instruments, sang all the vocal parts, and produced, that catapulted him into the superstar limelight. It was followed by such landmark LPs as ‘The Hermit of Mink Hollow’ and ‘A Wizard, A True Star’, as well as such hit singles as ‘I Saw The Light’, ‘Hello It’s Me’, ‘Can We Still Be Friends’, and ‘Bang The Drum’. In 1974, he formed Todd Rundgren’s Utopia (renamed and reconfigured in 1976 as Utopia), an entirely new approach to the concept of interactive musicianship, and embarked on an extensive round of touring and recording. Todd Rundgren’s myriad production projects include albums by Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Psychedelic Furs, Meat Loaf, XTC, Grand Funk Railroad, and Hall And Oates. Since 1989, he has on occasion toured as part of the Ringo Starr All-Starr Band, and he has composed music for Film, TV and Broadway. These prestigious UK concerts in September 2026 are not to be missed! Todd Rundgren has done it all, and in his own unique way – there is a reason that his autobiography is called ‘The Individualist’. He continues to do what he does best, and fans of this unique artist should not miss this opportunity to celebrate that fact, and reconnect on the ‘Damned If I Do’ tour. |
