Based out of Schweinfurt, Germany THIN ICE are creating uncompromising hardcore that hits hard and direct. Formed in 2019, the band released their first EP, Keep It Alive, in 2021 followed by album A Matter Of Time in 2024, supported by shows in Europe and Indonesia. Today, Thin Ice release their crushing new EP, Happiness Ain’t Meant For All. The five tracks draw from bands like Terror, Madball, and Bitter End, packed with plenty of riffs and defiant lyrics. From the pounding opening notes of “Mind’s At War” to the intense breakdown on “Let The Pain Begin” it’s clear Thin Ice are delivering steadfast hardcore for true fans of the genre. Lyrics dissect everything from inner conflict to exploitation to setting boundaries with people with malicious viewpoints.
