LOS ANGELES ALT BAND THE PROPS ANNOUNCE ARROW EP OUT APRIL 10 BAND SHARES VIDEO FOR “SE LLAMA (TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT)” — WATCH BLUE GRAPE MUSIC welcomed Los Angeles—based alternative band THE PROPS — Nick Ruiz (vocals), Dawson Henry (guitar), Sam Edelman (drums), Jersey Sullivan (bass) — to the label’s growing and eclectic roster last year. The band, which blends sharp guitars and emotionally direct songwriting, draws from new wave and post-punk influences. The Props formed in late 2023 and swiftly built momentum with early releases like “Echoes” and “Get Off.” Today, The Props have announced their 2026 debut EP, Arrow, which was produced by GRAMMY®-winner Carlos de la Garza. It’s both fresh and familiar, which is a line that not many bands can straddle. But The Props do so without a net.
