About The Low Blow: Nashville-based emo band, The Low Blow, is gearing up for the release of their second full-length album, Forest For The Trees, diving into the themes of loss, self discovery, and hope in the face of internal turmoil. Since their formation in 2018, the band has has released two EPs, a live EP, one LP, and a split release with fellow Nashville-natives, Topiary Creatures.

The evolution of the band’s sound has been a showcase of the members’ self discovery as much as the lyrics on display, ranging from soulful rock on the band’s earliest release to a heavier, raucous, subtly Appalachian-twinged outpouring of achingly honest emo on the upcoming release.
