The Home Team Signs To Thriller Records, Set For Headlining Spring Tour |
Heavy-pop band, The Home Team are announcing that they have joined the Thriller Records Family. In addition, the band is ready to hit the road this spring with Broadside and label mates, Honey Revenge. “We are so happy to include not only this amazing band but a great group of humans to the Thriller roster. The Home Team have put the work in and with their unique sound, we believe this next album will launch them to the new heights they do deserve!” Says label president Bob Becker |
The Home Team has new music in the works for 2023, hitting the studio with names such as Zach Jones and Erik Ron. The band has also been songwriting alongside Cody Carson (Set It Off.) They’re now geared up to embark on their headlining spring tour. Nearly all of the dates are sold out with some tickets still available. “After talking with a handful of labels, Thriller understood our vision for the band and felt like the right place to continue our career. We’re so stoked to work with Bob and the Thriller team on the next chapter of the band.” Says the band about signing to Thriller Records. |

About The Home Team: Bringing heavy-pop to the forefront of the scene with their unique approach to the pop-rock sound, The Home Team is ready to take the country by storm. The Seattle based 4-piece band have a long history of DIY touring and continue to work diligently to make a name for themselves. They released a string of EPs from 2014-2016, catching the eyes of many fans with their electrifying live performance In early 2018, The Home Team signed with the Revival Recordings and released their first label single, “Fashion Forward.” The band went on to share several singles including “Ageless,” “She’s Quiet” and “Since We All Fell Apart.” In July 2018, The Home Team released their debut full-length album, Better Off showcasing all previously released singles. As 2020 approached, The Home Team hit the studio with Skyler Acord and Seb Barlow to record the follow up to Better Off, Slow Bloom, which released in the summer of 2022. The band shared a deluxe version of Slow Bloom featuring new tracks “FOMO (Bored of You)” and “Grievance Pay.” Now the band continues to showcase growth in their career in 2023 by signing to Thriller Records and working on releasing new music this year.
