The Coda Collection launches in UK with exclusive films from Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, The Who and more

July 28, 2022 – The Coda Collection, a streaming video channel dedicated to music programming, today announces the U.K. launch of their uniquely immersive experience.  The channel reaches across decades and genres to provide fans with exclusive storytelling that details the most iconic moments in music history.  Available exclusively via Prime Video Channels, this U.K. launch is The Coda Collection’s first step in their global expansion and will soon be followed by availability in other markets in Europe and beyond.

Amazon Prime members in the U.K. will now be able to access over 175 titles streamed exclusively on The Coda Collection. New content will be updated regularly.

Since its US launch in February 2021, the Coda Collection has become the exclusive home for world premieres of the Grammy-nominated Music, Money, Madness…Jimi Hendrix In Maui, What Drives Us (directed by Dave Grohl), Bob Marley: The Capitol Sessions, Don’t Go Gentle: A Film About Idles, Steve Miller: Breaking Ground and many more.  Additionally, the channel has unearthed rare and unseen video content from archives around the world featuring performances ranging from Coldplay to Pearl Jam to country phenomenon Jimmie Allen.

In the coming months, The Coda Collection will continue to debut world premiere films and feature a curated library of legendary performances and documentaries, all streaming exclusively via Prime Video Channels. This is combined with a rich editorial destination across Coda’s desktop and mobile sites, providing new perspectives on the artists, the music, and the cultural context that makes those moments resonate with audiences around the world. The Coda Collection channel and the dedicated website will bring to life music’s untold stories and deepen the connection between fans and artists.
