Today, alternative artist RØRY has released her brand new single and music video for ‘In the Bible’ available for streaming now via SADCØRE Records.

On the meaning and inspiration behind the new single, RØRY comments: “‘In the Bible’ is my way of reconciling my disdain for organised religion, and my reverence for the faith that saved me—it’s about finding hope in the darkest of places, believing in the power of restoration, and turning brokenness into something beautiful”.

From the release of her debut EP Good Die Young (2022) and Family Drama (2023), to back-to-back sold out headline tours, over 50 million streams, and major festival appearances in 2024, the rise of RØRY has been sensational and inspirational. Without major label backing, it has been driven solely by a rapidly growing dedicated fanbase, drawn to her raw, cathartic, rock lyricism.
Described by Kerrang! as possessing “an authenticity that is astonishing to witness”, she also runs the ADHD Awareness account @ADHD_Love with her partner where they have over 3 million followers, and have released a best-selling book to help reduce the shame felt within the neurodivergent community.
At the age of 39, RØRY embodies the exact message she is wanting to inspire within her community: it is never too late to become who you always knew you were.
