NEW SINGLE OUT 9/5/25 Formed in 2019 when the members were in secondary school, Rare Breed is a band from the north east of England. Combining an aggressive, fast paced style with emotional vocals and catchy melodies, the band plays a unique mix of emo, hardcore punk, grunge and metal along with influences across many other genres. The band is noted for their incredibly high energy shows and performances, releasing their first singles in 2023, along with their debut EP ‘Not Quite the High Life’ in 2025. Previous single ‘Psycho’ surpassed all expectations and opened the door to industry interest due to their raised profile across the airwaves and on stage where they stamp their authority!

“Hellbound is a slower paced alt metal song, and is centred around a persons struggle with alcoholism formatted in a relationship between the protagonist and alcohol. The tracks dark and ominous sound gives the feeling of being lost and hopeless, unsure if the person will be able to escape the relationship.”
