A GUT-PUNCH RECKONING

JOINS 2026 SUMMER SCHOOL TOUR WITH

HONEY REVENGE, SOUTH ARCADE

March 6, 2026 – Pop-punk singer Games We Play returns today with his new single and Nettwerk debut, “Is This What I’m Made Of,” an upbeat gut-punch that reintroduces Emmyn at his most honest. The track captures the moment when momentum collides with meaning, asking the relatable question that haunts anyone who’s chased a dream long enough: Why did I start, and do I still want this? “Is This What I’m Made Of” isn’t a victory lap; it’s a reckoning. Listen HERE and watch HERE.

This summer, Games We Play brings his electric live energy back to stages nationwide, joining the 2026 Summer School Tour, sponsored by Hot Topic and idobi Radio, alongside Honey Revenge, South Arcade, Winona Fighter, and Chase Petra. Kicking off June 19 in San Diego and running through July 23 in Portland, the tour marks Emmyn’s return to the road and gives fans their first chance to hear new music live. Games We Play is the project of Emmyn, a lifelong songwriter who began releasing music as a teenager and committed fully to the craft early; touring, writing, and building a world around sharp hooks, humor, and heart-on-sleeve honesty. In recent years, the project has surged: 72M+ streams, 150M+ TikTok views, and major tours alongside Fall Out Boy, All Time Low, and YUNGBLUD, plus headline dates that helped cement Games We Play as a singular voice in modern alternative pop.

Then, 2025 was the year Emmyn almost quit Games We Play. Behind the momentum, he found himself questioning the “why” at the center of it all, whether he was making music from instinct or expectation, and whether the songs still felt like his. After a period of burnout and recalibration, he returned with a clear intention: to write from a more personal place, prioritize authenticity over punchlines, and release music he’s proud of, that’s fully his, even when it’s imperfect. That renewed clarity defines the next era of Games We Play, beginning with “Is This What I’m Made Of.” Stay tuned for more music by following Emmyn on socials.
