Today, Scottish party slammers PARTYCANNON have released their live video for ‘Not Immediately Life Threatening’, which was recorded by Calum McMillan at Red Crust Festival in Edinburgh, 2024. On the recording and release of ‘Not Immediately Life Threatening’, bassist ChrisRyan shares: “The VOMITOUR – Death Metal VS Hardcore Edition is set to bulldoze IQs across the UK this September. So everyone’s prepared, we wanted to give you a preview of the brain-rotting party you’ll be subjected to during our headline set. Filed on home soil at Red Crust Fest in Edinburgh, you’ll see Party Slam antics ranging from inflatable crowd surfing to push-ups. See you all this September for the biggest party the UK has ever seen!”
PARTY CANNON – ‘Not Immediately Life Threatening (Live from Red Crust Festival, Edinburgh 2024)
Hot off the back of their blistering, IQ-lowering set at Brutal Assault Festival this month, where the slamming quintet exercised their inflatables of all shapes and sizes, gore-tastic on-stage pranks, multi-coloured light show, and infamous push-up pits, PARTY CANNON are bringing their energetic performance and anabolic riffs to the UK this September on the Vomitour run of dates. With support from PintGlass, StreetSoldier, and FoetalJuice, the debauchery will be limitless.

You’ve definitely seen their band logo in every corner of the metal world, having been on tour with Gwar, CattleDecapitation, Gama Bomb, Suffocation, Decapitated, and played every UK and EU metal festival known to man – their live shows are known for ridiculous pranks, inflatables of all shapes and sizes, and the infamous ‘push-up-pits’, of which are a spectacle to behold.
Latest album Injuries Are Inevitable serves as PARTYCANNON‘s heaviest, slammingest, and dumbest album yet – an overwhelming helping of the henchest and most nauseating party slam. The band doubled down on their signature party slam style to bring an experience so IQ-lowering, so soul crushing, so life-expectancy reducing that we recommend you hear a helmet whilst listening for your own safety. Mixing and mastering was handled by Steve Wright (DyingFetus, MiseryIndex) under strict instructions to create the most disgusting sounds possible: No admission for cowards. Big dumb party riffs only.
Injuries Are Inevitable is a concept record based on Action Park, the world’s most infamously dangerous and unsafest theme park in the world. “The park was an infamous landmark in the 80s due its complete disregard for any kind of rules or safety. Park guests were free to do as they pleased and staff were under trained and often very drunk – most of the rides were designed and built by people who had no idea what they were doing. All this plus a massive party atmosphere resulted in ridiculous antics, serious injuries, and a number of deaths. We felt this really embodied the Party Cannon spirit and was the perfect subject matter for a concept album.”
