After surprise releasing their collaboration single ‘Instrument Of War (Ft. Stick To Your Guns)’, Switzerland’s unstoppable heavy export PALEFACE SWISS are back with another neck-breaking track: ‘Let Me Sleep’. The new single marks the official announcement of their upcoming EP “The Wilted,” set for release on 2nd January 2026 — a continuation of the haunting world the band established with their charting album “Cursed.” ‘Let Me Sleep’ dives into a darker, more psychological corner of the Zelliverse, capturing frontman Zelli’s struggle with insomnia and inner fear.

“Do you know the feeling when you want to sleep but your head doesn’t allow it — maybe because you fear your dreams? Or do my dreams fear me?” Zelli reflects. “Sleep is so important to me, but sometimes my mind just won’t let me.”

Musically, ‘Let Me Sleep’ delivers everything fans have come to expect from PALEFACE SWISS, relentless breakdowns, haunting atmosphere, and emotional weight — while visually, the band once again raises the bar. The accompanying Slender Man / Hellraiser-inspired music video blurs the line between nightmare and reality, solidifying their reputation for cinematic storytelling. With “The Wilted EP”, PALEFACE SWISS continue to take the “Cursed” universe into new emotional depths, a story of decay, fear, and fragile rebirth with 4 completely brand new songs.

“The Wilted EP” is more than just the next release by PALEFACE SWISS — it’s a continuation of the world the band built with their charting album “Cursed”. Written and shaped during the intense touring cycles across Europe, the U.S., and Australia, “The Wilted EP” captures the raw emotions, exhaustion, and rebirth that comes with life on the road. While “Cursed” explored the darkness within — the pain, rage, and personal downfall — “The Wilted EP” steps into the aftermath. It’s the sound of something broken learning to grow again. Each song reflects a stage of decay and renewal, connected by the same universe that fans came to know through “Cursed”, but presented through a more cinematic and introspective lens. The EP blends the signature heaviness and aggression of PALEFACE SWISS with haunting melodies, immersive storytelling, and symbolic imagery. Flowers — once vibrant, now withering — serve as a metaphor for change and the acceptance of impermanence. This visual language carries through every aspect of the project, from its artwork to its videos and stage production. With “The Wilted EP”, PALEFACE SWISS reveal a new layer of their artistry — one that’s not only about destruction, but about what grows from it.

ABOUT PALEFACE SWISS:

Since their debut Chapter 3: The Last Selection in 2020, Paleface Swiss have risen from underground darlings to global heavyweights in the world of metal. With explosive riffs, punishing beatdowns, a brutally heavy rhythm section, and frontman Zelli’s signature vocal savagery, the band quickly gained momentum—landing four breakout tracks on Spotify’s Heavy Beatdown playlist Their 2022 follow-up Fear & Dagger pushed even further, earning praise for its emotional weight and unflinching heaviness, with standout reviews from Metal Injection, New Transcendence, and Wall of Sound. Singles like “The Orphan,” “Dead Man’s Diary” (feat. LANDMVRKS’ Florent Salfati), and “My Grave / Lay with Me” solidified their place among the new wave of deathcore’s most innovative acts.

In the years that followed, Paleface Swiss took their chaos on the road—touring with Body Snatcher, Counterparts, and The Ghost Inside, and leveling festival stages from Sick New World to Hellfest. Their live reputation exploded, converting crowds with a show that fuses unrelenting brutality and raw vulnerability. Between headline tours and viral fan demand, they released standalone anthems “Best Before: Death,” “Please End Me,” and “The Gallow”—each now included on their latest offering Cursed: The Complete Edition, the most ambitious and complete chapter of their journey so far. To date, the band have amassed over 180 million streams, 21 million YouTube views, with their Spotify Monthly listeners recently peaking at over 1 million. Their recent, sold-out Cursed Tour across Europe, the UK, and North America sold over 70,000 tickets.
