On the influence of the track, guitarist Rich Thurston shares:
“Sepultura has been one of our favorite metal/crossover bands for as long as we can remember. Chaos AD pushed them into another realm and we wanted to make sure we picked a song that encompasses that. ‘Slave New World’ is a perfect representation of what we love about Sepultura.”
The cover follows No Grave’s sophomore album, Suffer Together, released in May through Heroes & Martyrs. Built on defiance, No Grave channel the weight of hardcore tradition into something sharper and more immediate on their sophomore release.
