One of the Northwest’s fastest rising and most expansive production studios – SOUTH CITY STUDIOS – is launching an innovative new music subscription scheme for artists.
In recent years, the Stockport studio has opened its doors to some of the nation’s best loved acts like Elbow, Young Fathers, and Loyle Carner; globe-trotting superstars such as Weezer and Judas Priest; while also nurturing some of the hottest buzz-bands around in Sea Fret, Corella, and Clutch.
And with their eyes firmly fixed on the tunes of tomorrow, South City Studios & South City Recordings Mcr will be offering up their impressive facilities and formidable expertise to help get the freshest noises around out to listeners with a newfound speed of sound.
Teaming-up with fellow industry kingmakers ‘Brand Your Band‘, the two companies are joining forces for a unique and innovative Artist Development Programme.
Conjuring-up a comprehensive package designed to cater for artists at every stage of their career, while offering colossal savings in the process, the subscription scheme will see the companies offering artists an exciting smorgasbord of skills and studio access for a monthly retainer. As part of the deal, artists signed-up to the programme can expect:
– Two weekly 3-hour rehearsals – inclusive of all backline, and a monthly full-day recording session at their in-house facility, South City Recordings.
– Access to the ‘Brand Your Band’ portal – a tool kit which can help artists with their strategy for releases, along with email support, industry advice, and feedback on songwriting and production.
