Commenting on the collaboration, Austin Brown of Home Free shared, “Amy and Travis were total legends for lending their talents to our version and we cannot wait to get back down under and put this banger in our show!”

Amy Sheppard, of indie-pop group Sheppard fame said of the song, “You often dream about certain collaborations but timing or vision or schedules just don’t often align. I’m so thrilled I was asked to be part of this new version of an Australian classic. The vocals of Home Free and Travis Collins are magnificent and I’m honoured to be carrying on the tradition from the late Margaret Urlich. I hope the fans love this!”

Travis Collins added, “When I first heard HOME FREE live at CMC Rocks QLD, they blew my mind. As a group AND individual voices. I was in awe of their talents. To later be invited by the guys to collaborate was a thrill, and the recording process with them was a master-class for me, learning from some true greats of vocal group singing. Honoured to be part of this.”

Additionally, Home Free recently took to the stage last month at the Ubisoft Forward 2023 conference in Los Angeles to perform their new original song, ‘Skull and Bones’, out now and due to feature in the forthcoming video game of the same name.
