Grime/metal stalwart Native James today releases his defiant new single, GTFU. The self-assured track has been going down a storm live, acting as a call to arms to raucous crowds.
Native has said, “I wanted a high energy track where the crowd can get involved and let themselves go, mixed in with cryptic lyrics about some of my past. I wanted to make a dark subject come to life, and bring energy to the soul whenever you listen to it.”
GTFU arrives hot on the heels of previous single, FALLEN, Native’s first single marking the start of his alluring new era.
Fresh from his Glastonbury debut where he played not one but two sets, the Ipswich-based artist will join post-hardcore trio, letlive. at their farewell shows in London this week. These will take place at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, on 10th and 13th July. Native James will be playing a slew of festivals over the Summer and into the Autumn.
