Montreal pop-punk act Toward The Sky releases ‘Infinity of Dreams’ Remastered
Montreal pop-punk act Toward The Sky has released a Remastered version of debut 2021 album, Infinity of Dreams.
The project of Alex Boyer channels a hooky amalgam of emo, alternative rock and pop punk, delivering with a grounded relatability and simmering melodies.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of alternative, punk rock, and atmospheric emo influences, Toward The Sky crafts a sharp blend of raw energy and introspective lyricism.
2021 debut Infinity of Dreams proved to be a promising rookie release, a relatable collection with Boyer tackling issues of growth, loss and adversity, set against the backdrop of driving guitars and slick melodies. Fans of both present-day and throwback pop-punk will be drawn in by Toward The Sky’s atmospheric depth and grounded delivery, with nods to the likes of Angels and Airwaves, Pierce The Veil & All Time Low.
Following on from last month’s acoustic stripped back acoustic LP, Infinity of Dreams Remastered relaunches Toward The Sky, four years after the debut album dropped. The compelling emo-punk on show is both nostalgic and unerringly present, with sonic weight from the punchy guitars and a hopeful ethereality fitting of the album title and indeed artist moniker.
