Following from the release of brand new album Battlestation, French artist Lucie Sue is launching the new video for the focus track BELA. The track is a unique genre-bending, dark cinematic metal piece that defies all songwriting conventions: no chorus, no verses, just a full haunting and powerful musical journey inspired by Béla Bartók and transylvanian «Bucsumí tánc» dance, reimagined through Lucie Sue’s beautiful & visceral metal energy. Falling into the public domain, excerpts from these mythical films are blended with Lucie Sue’s modern edge. The footage is intentionally aged and glitched, and the special effects embrace the kitsch charm of those old-school films.
