ABOUT LITA FORD: American guitarist, Lita Ford, started her professional music career at age 16 as the lead guitar player for the all-female rock band, The Runaways, in 1975. In 1982 Lita embarked on her successful solo career and launched he debut solo record, OUT FOR BLOOD. In 1988, she released her most commercially successful album, LITA, which contained the hit single, “Kiss Me Deadly”. In 1989, another single from the LITA album reached No. 8 on the US Billboard Hot 100: her duet with Ozzy Osbourne on “Close My Eyes Forever”. In addition to constant touring, Lita published “Living Like a Runaway: A Memoir” in 2016 and is currently working on her next album to be released later in 2025. Lita’s band includes Drummer Bobby Rock, Guitarist Patrick Kennison and Bassist Marten Andersson.
