Lesoir have signed with V2 for the worldwide release of their new album Tomorrow Is Now Today, out 23 October 2026.
To mark the announcement, the band release their first single, Back To You — a hopeful and heartfelt song about trust, resilience, optimism and perseverance. Inspired by courage in the face of war, the track is a sincere ode to everyone fighting for freedom.

With Tomorrow Is Now Today, Lesoir captures a moment of urgency, hope and artistic arrival. The title reflects the realization that the future is no longer something distant. The things we hope for, fear, dream of or fight for are already present in the world around us. It is a statement that feels both urgent and hopeful: do not wait for tomorrow to act, feel, change or speak out, because tomorrow has already begun today.
For Lesoir, the album also mirrors the band’s own journey. After years of building, album by album and tour by tour, Tomorrow Is Now Today feels like a turning point. Not a departure from the past, but a moment of bringing everything learned along the way into sharper focus. It is the sound of a band stepping fully into who they are, with more courage, belief and emotional weight than ever before.
There has always been a sense of urgency in Lesoir’s lyrics. The band believes that having a stage means using it, not only physically, but lyrically as well. In that sense, Tomorrow Is Now Today continues the path opened by previous albums, while broadening the scope. Where earlier work often drew more directly from personal experience, this album turns its attention further outward, reflecting on the world, its people, its conflicts, its hopes and its wounds. Yet the songs remain deeply personal, carried through the emotional lens of lyricist Maartje Meessen.
Musically, the album is grand, layered and dynamic. Where Push Back The Horizon leaned further into the rock side of Lesoir, Tomorrow Is Now Today embraces emotion, melody, atmosphere and contrast even more deeply. Small, fragile moments open into bombastic sections; delicate textures are placed against powerful dynamics; progressive structures serve the songs rather than overshadow them. The result is unmistakably Lesoir, but expanded: richer, more cinematic and more emotionally direct.
