Kelly Lee Owens today releases ‘Higher’ – the third track from her highly anticipated forthcoming album ‘Dreamstate’.

‘Higher’ is a seamless extension of Owens’ powerful pop-infused techno anthems. The single blends transcendent vocals, weightless synth pads and an enduring build of energy. It’s the perfect example of Owens’ unique sonic palette.

The new release follows previous singles ‘Sunshine’ and ‘Love You Got’, all of which will feature on ‘Dreamstate’, Owens’ fourth studio album, which is released Friday 18th October via dh2 and available to pre-order HERE.

In support of ‘Dreamstate’, Owens has also announced details of her forthcoming UK and European tour. The newly announced dates will see Kelly play 13 dates across UK and Europe throughout October and November. You can find more information HERE.

Owens has been previewing tracks from ‘Dreamstate’ over the summer to rapturous dancefloors across the globe; from sets at Glastonbury and the launch of new label home dh2 at London’s Phonox, to a free rave alongside Caribou in a North Wales community centre accessible-to-all, tours supporting collaborators The Chemical Brothers and Bicep, and a gig playing Charli xcx’s PARTYGIRL takeover at Ibiza’s historic Amnesia nightclub with Boiler Room punctuated the summer. Over August Kelly performed on the BBC Radio 6 stage at All Points East, in addition to sets at MoMA and Public Records in New York too

Kelly Lee Owens broke out with the release of her acclaimed self-titled debut in 2017, collaborations with St. Vincent, Bjørk and Jon Hopkinsand her lauded follow up albums, ‘Inner Song’ and ‘LP8’. These records received critical acclaim from the likes of Pitchfork, The Guardianand Rolling Stone, with NME describing ‘Inner Song’ as “one of the most beautiful records of the year” and Dazed lauding it as “transportative dream-pop and thumping techno rhythms.”
