Says Ross“The last time I was in the UK, the fans blew me away — just so passionate and welcoming. It meant a lot, and I’ve been looking forward to coming back ever since. Getting to return with my debut album, ‘Later Tonight’, makes it even more special. I’m really proud of these songs and can’t wait to play them live for you all.”

Produced by Matt Geroux who also helmed Ross’ JUNO Award-winning Complicated EP, the 15-track ‘Later Tonight’ includes ‘Drunk Right Now (Na Na Na)’ with Akon, plus UK Country Radio staple / US chart-topper, ‘Single Again’, doubling down on the emotive, rock-tinged country that has defined Ross’ worldwide ascent.

From addictive US Radio #1 single, ‘Single Again’, to double-edged early releases ‘Hate How You Look’ and ‘Leave Me Too’ that peaked at #2 at Canadian Country radio, Ross’ raw admissions shed light on the endless possibilities of what could happen, Later Tonight…

“Every single we’ve put out, every show we’ve played has led to this album,” states Ross. “We dug deep with the writing, leaning into getting caught in your feelings, breaking up, making up. No matter what, all roads led back to ‘Later Tonight’.”

In tandem with this announcement, the reigning Canadian Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year also gives fans the title track of the album, ‘Later Tonight’ – listen HERE.

Recently, Ross earned 6 CCMA nominations, including ‘Fans’ Choice Award’, ‘Male Artist of the Year’, ‘Entertainer of the Year’, ‘Video of the Year’, ‘Single of the Year’ and ‘Musical Collaboration of the Year’.

Touring internationally through the end of the year, Ross continues to make waves. He recently wrapped tour support to Jelly Roll on The Beautifully Broken Great Northern Tour across Canada, has a slew of fairs and festivals lined up through the end of the summer, and will open select dates for Dylan Scott this autumn.

ABOUT JOSH ROSS
Universal Music Canada / MCA artist Josh Ross is a global force; a next-generation talent who’s anything but standard. On an unconventional path of his own design, Ross pairs a dark and mellow blast of modern country with a warm vocal rasp and rock inclinations, heart-on-his-sleeve songwriting and addictive hooks that heed no borders. Pulling from a wide range of musical influences, the former collegiate football player has leveraged his knack for emotional song-craft into a series of certified hits.

His dusky power ballad‘Trouble’ rose to #1 in Canada, earning Double Platinum certification there and RIAA Gold certification in the US. The track also introduced what would become his 2024, 8-song admission, Complicated, which earned Ross his first-ever JUNO Award in 2025 for Country Album of the Year. On September 19th, Ross doubles down on the emotive, rock-tinged country that has defined his worldwide ascent, releasing his full-length debut album, Later Tonight.

Canada-born and Nashville-based, the reigning CCMA Entertainer of the Year and winner of the 2024 CMA Jeff Walker Global Country Artist Award has now notched up over 1 billion streams, touring alongside hard-rocking, cross-genre superstars like Nickelback, Brantley Gilbert, Bailey Zimmerman and Luke Bryan. He recently wrapped tour support to Jelly Roll on The Beautifully Broken Great Northern Tour across Canada, and will open select dates for Dylan Scott this autumn.
