Inscape @ Bloodstock 2026 with Rock ‘N’ Load & The Rig Rundown

INSCAPE are an Electronic-Alternative Rock band from Swansea, South Wales. Formed over 14 years ago, the band’s sound has evolved significantly, with each member bringing personal inspirations that create a truly unique sound. On the 19th of June 2026, INSCAPE released “C.I.T.R.U.S.”, a conceptual EP focusing on the story of the C.I.T.R.U.S. AI, which infects the minds of androids, causing them to go rogue and kill their human overlords.

The day after their EP release, INSCAPE played in the finals of the M2TM competition against 5 other bands, and were selected as the winners, netting them a spot at BLOODSTOCK FESTIVAL.

Pete from The Rig Rundown caught up with the lads at BOA26 to talk M2TM and beyond!

We see M2TM as such a massively important competition to all local music scenes. We have made friends with bands we may never have typically played with; we have worked tirelessly to support our local music venues by promoting shows, and it cannot be stressed enough how much good work M2TM and the people behind it put in for the scene. Throughout each heat of the competition, we received constructive feedback from the judges on how to better our performance, and this is something you don’t get from just playing regular shows. We are truly grateful to the team at M2TM once again for giving our band, and every other band in the scene, this opportunity.

The idea that a band like us is about to play BLOODSTOCK FESTIVAL, well, it’s still sinking in. We have worked extremely hard over the last 9 months to get to this position, and we are happy it’s paid off! For years, we have watched some of our favourite bands go from smaller stages and opening slots to headlining festivals across the world, and with the opportunity M2TM has given us, it’s insane to think that could be us one day!
