Kicking off 2025 with an almost entirely sold-out Scandinavian headline tour, the band now sets the stage for the release of The Return of The Black — an extended edition of their latest album. The new chapter of 2025 began with the unyielding release of their heaviest and most extreme composition to date, “Death Shall Have No Dominion“— a track that plunges listeners into deeper, darker territories before lifting them back up with the powerful new focus track “God Fearing Man.” Fusing their signature orchestral string arrangements, led by vocalist and violinist Eddie Berg, with a crushing instrumental foundation, Imminence continues to refine their distinctive sound — one that fans have aptly dubbed “violincore.” Beyond these new singles, The Return of The Black expands on the album’s legacy with re-mastered versions featuring a stellar lineup of guest musicians, including Lucas Woodland (Holding Absence), Niklas Karlsson (Orbit Culture), Joel Holmqvist (Aviana), Scott Kennedy (Bleed From Within), and Tim Charles (Ne Obliviscaris).
