Houston, TX’s East of Eado Release New Album ‘Sonic Remedy’; Recorded, Produced and Mixed By Sean O’Keefe (Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights)Voted ‘Best Local Band’ By Readers of Houston Chronicle in 2021“The group has become well-known for a party atmosphere and potent way of blending dark lyrics with infectious, upbeat music…Somber but electric is a good way to describe East of Eado. Call to mind the best moments of bands like Goo Goo Dolls or Gin Blossoms.”- Houston Chronicle |
Houston, TX’s East Of Eado have released their new album ‘Sonic Remedy.’ Voted ‘Best Local Band’ by Houston Chronicle readers in 2021, the 5-piece rockers accurately describe themselves as “Slice of life Alt Rock.” On the new 10-track album, the band is reunited with producer Sean O’Keefe (Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights) who they worked with on their 2020 ‘Lost In Imagination’ EP. The band says, “Sonic Remedy blends our diverse range of genre influences into an alternative rock sound reminiscent of the early 2000s.” With anthemic choruses and themes centered around self-reflection, the album explores responses to the challenges and triumphs of young adulthood.
