Sitting somewhere between hardcore, alternative rock, and shoegaze, Negative Love create a dynamic sonic statement through a broad palette. Produced by vocalist Brendan Williams, the band’s debut Negative Love EP, out today through Static Era Records, balances aggressive and dreamlike, dark and vibrant. The five tracks are cathartic, emulating a plethora of emotions while keeping the listener on their toes. Vocals stretch from raging to floaty, heavy riffs transcend into fuzzed out swirls, and moments of experimental ambience hit a dreamlike state. Formed together from parts of the east coast (NY, CT, & MD), Negative Love have created a striking sound with their first release.
