CURRENT SINGLE ‘MY GIRLS (LOVE ME BEST)’ CONTINUES TO RISE – LISTEN HERE

UK HEADLINE TOUR STARTS NEXT MONTH – INCLUDES A LONDON SHOW AT NEON194

It’s been an unforgettable year for Harleymoon Kemp. The next wave country star enjoyed a career highlight when she performed a show-stopping duet with Ronan Keating of her own song ‘What Good Looks Like’ in front of 35,000 people at Radio 2’s Party In The Park, while its viral impact resulted in 5.6 million views in just a week. And right now she’s winning admirers as she competes on BBC1’s ‘Celebrity Race Across The World’ with her brother Roman. What’s more, interest in building around her current single ‘My Girls (love me best)’ which was premiered by Bob Harris and further supported by Scott Mills at Radio 2Listen HERE.

‘My Girls (love me best)’ is a song that celebrates the power that comes with female friendship – from the quiet words of support that mean everything when you really need them, to riotous dancing-on-the-table scenes. As Harleymoon sings, “They can love me better than any other guy.” And the music sounds like a party in full swing. Its country-pop stomp, charging banjo melody and Harleymoon’s fiery vocal the perfect soundtrack to a night of proseccos-in-the-air chaos.

Harleymoon says, “This is for the besties who tell you you’re pretty when you ugly cry, dance with you on tables, and start a riot if anyone breaks your heart. I wanted to bottle that wild, unshakable friendship energy.”

Harleymoon Kemp collaborated on ‘My Girls (love me better)’ with the Liz Rose Music team (Taylor SwiftMiranda Lambert) during sessions in Nashville. It was produced by Chris Rafeto (Jenna Davis).

After debuting with the UK Country Chart #1 ‘Space’Harleymoon Kemp’s rise continued with her debut EP ‘Lone Ranger’ last year. It was a set which matched her exuberant live energy with songs which very naturally blended themes of self-empowerment with a double-shot of sheer fun.

She has since hit a variety of major events, also including the Mayor of London’s St. George’s Day festival, the Isle of WightCarfest, and Cardiff and Brighton Pride. That growing acclaim was underlined by winning Horizon Artist at the British Country Music Awards. Music runs in the family: her parents are Spandau Ballet legend Martin Kemp and Shirlie Kemp (Pepsie & ShirlieWham!).

Harleymoon Kemp will embark upon a headline tour next month. She promises “a show that will bring joy and fun and laughter, a Christmas party to let loose and feel good.” That atmosphere will be particularly heightened at the London show at NEON194 with the help of special guests Una Healy and Hannah Jane Lewis.
