KENT HILLI Nothing Left To Lose
Produced by Jimmy Westerlund (One Desire), this second solo effort is another melodic rock gem from former Swedish pro-footballer Hilli, who has established himself as a premiere vocalist in the genre since joining Perfect Plan almost a decade ago and releasing three studio albums as part of that group. He has also participated on two albums by Restless Spirits, while successfully handling lead vocals for ‘Shifting Time’, the 2022 album by the reactivated GIANT.

RIAN Wings
Although influenced by 80s acts such as Bon Jovi, Winger, Dokken, Europe, Queensryche and Survivor, Swedish rockers Rian also have a distinct contemporary flair that caught the attention of Frontiers, who signed them to issue their second album, 2021’s ‘Twenty-Three’. This follow-up is another exhilarating modern take on classic melodic rock, showcasing an abundance of groove, commanding guitar riffs, infectious refrains, exceptional vocal arrangements and mind-blowing guitar solos. Their sound is also sharper than ever, courtesy of the mixing skills of Dennis Ward, resulting in a record that is further testament as to why Sweden is at the forefront of the international melodic scene.

An AOR/Melodic Rock band from southern Sweden, this debut album by Streetlight delivers songs with distinctive melodies, punchy choruses and strong hooks. Although influenced by bands such as Journey, Toto, Kansas and Def Leppard, they create a classic guitar driven sound that is very much for the here and now. The group formed in 2021 and consist of Finnish producer, singer and guitarist Johannes Häger, guitarist Filip Stenlund, keyboardist John Svensson, bassist Johan Tjernström and drummer Erik Nilsson.
