This Sunday, November 30th, Final Coil will celebrate the release of the remastered, expanded vinyl edition of the incredible The World We Inherited album. The critical acclaim afforded The World We Inherited since its 2024 release has been spectacular, leading to a series of career firsts for Final Coil – their first feature in Prog Magazine, their first appearance at the Bloodstock Festival and their first headline shows in mainland Europe. The one thing that The World Inherited wasn’t granted on its original release was a vinyl edition, but that wrong has finally been righted. Remastered for vinyl by producer Russ Russell, presented on splatter vinyl each hand numbered by the band and with a treasure trove of additional downloadable music – The World We Inherited Remastered Expanded Vinyl Edition has arrived. This very special edition of a very special album will be launched with an equally special show at The Black Heart in London’s Camden Town. With a supporting cast consisting of The River (acoustic show), Hats Off Gentleman It’s Adequate and Opensight, Final Coil will present a new live set and will be joined for guest appearances by the solo guitarist Matt Steady, creator of a dazzling array of diverse albums and Richard Allsopp from the noted melodic, technical death metal band, Monachopsis. |
