Already a multi-platinum, chart-topping and award-winning country star in North America, Ella Langley is now rapidly picking up momentum in the UK with her second album ‘Dandelion’. Released last Friday, the album now stands at #3 in the UK album chart midweeks.
The single ‘Choosin’ Texas’ is also once again back at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and currently at #12 in the UK midweeks – a new peak for a song which has only climbed the charts since debuting 14 weeks ago. It makes Ella just the second female country artist this decade to chart in the UK Top 20 after Dasha. Two other songs from the record, ‘Be Her’ and the new album track ‘Bottom Of Your Boots’, are both also in the chart.

Released via SAWGOD / Columbia Records, and executive produced by Ella alongside Miranda Lambert and Ben West, the album represents her most deeply personal body of work to date. Its title is a statement of identity and independence, reframing the often-overlooked flower into a symbol of resilience and freedom. ‘Dandelion’ finds Ella operating with a new level of clarity and confidence. Her songwriting remains both intentional and unguarded, capturing moments that feel deeply personal yet instantly relatable. The project was introduced by standout tracks ‘Loving Life Again’, ‘Be Her’ and the title track. In short, with ‘Dandelion’, Ella further cements her place as one of the most compelling and undeniable voices at the forefront of country music’s next generation.
Ella says, “‘Dandelion’ is a natural next phase after ‘hungover’ ‘hungover’ is what brought people to the table, and ‘Dandelion’ is whatmakes them sit down and eat. This album explains who I am as an artist and as a person. It reflects on what made me this way while givinga glimpse of what’s next. It’s my favourite project I’ve ever done, it’s the most ‘me’ I’ve ever put out.”
Next month will see Ella hit the road to play her first headline arena run, ‘The Dandelion Tour’. Also on the schedule for 2026 are her previously announced dates supporting Morgan Wallen’s ‘Still The Problem Tour’, and several festival appearances, including herStagecoach debut later in April.
