In celebration, Scott will be livin’ up to the title of his latest recording, livin’ his best life down on Broadway Monday evening (8 Aug) with an album release party at Luke’s 32 Bridge in Nashville where the hitmaker will perform new music for family, friends and industry VIPs. Additionally, the special event is open to a limited number of fans on a first come, first serve basis. See Scott’s socials for more information.
Leading up to today’s album launch, the chart-topping artist has been giving fans a glimpse into the 16-song project. Last Friday, Scott introduced the final advance track, serving up ‘Lay Down With You’ a week early. In conjunction with the DSP release, he also unveiled a personal music video for the slow-burning ballad that captures the hard-working spirit of an all-American family man and features his wife, Blair, and their two young children, Beckett and Finley. Watch the real-life clip HERE.
Livin’ My Best Life is the full-length follow-up to Scott’s Nothing To Do Town EP. Produced by Will Weatherly, Matt Alderman, Jim Ed Norman, Curt Gibbs and Mark Holman, the LP delivers a personal set filled with the backroads, barstools and church pews that defined the Louisiana native’s youth. The CMT Music Award winner co-penned eight of the album’s sixteen songs, whose credits boast an all-star lineup of writers like Tyler Hubbard, Brian Kelley, Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett, and more. Notable tracks include Top 5 single ‘New Truck,’ unifying anthem ‘In Our Blood (feat. Jimmie Allen),’ and viral TikTok ballad ‘Can’t Have Mine (Find You A Girl).’
The country hitmaker will take his new music on the road this fall when he embarks on the ‘Amen To That Tour.’ The trek, which begins 28 September, will see Scott headline shows across the U.S. with stops in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Pittsburgh and more. Singer/songwriters Erin Kinsey and Lily Rose are slated to provide direct support in select cities.
