DOPE LEMON RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘SUGARCAT’
& NEW ALBUM GOLDEN WOLF OUT 2 MAY VIA BMG
“>Today, Dope Lemon—the award-winning project led by acclaimed Australian musician Angus Stone— releases their new single ‘Sugarcat’, the third from their highly-anticipated fifth album Golden Wolf, out 2 May. ‘Sugarcat’ follows previous album singles, including the title track ‘Golden Wolf’ and follow-up ‘Electric Green Lambo’.
To coincide with the release of ‘Sugarcat’, Dope Lemon also shares an accompanying music video.’ Speaking on the music video, Angus says: “The music video was super fun to make. It’s based on a diamond heist, with me ‘hopefully’ sailing off into the sunset with the stolen jewels. It’s a bit of fun.”
Crafted to pull listeners deeper into Dope Lemon’s immersive world, ‘Sugarcat’ represents a new sonic realm within the multilayered odyssey of Golden Wolf.
