Nashville, Tenn. (21 February, 2022) — Curb Records recording artist Dylan Scott surprised fans last week on social media by announcing his upcoming album, Livin’ My Best Life. The highly-anticipated full-length project will arrive 5 August, 2022. CD and vinyl pre-orders, including signed options, are available now at www.dylanscottcountry.com. Digital pre-orders begin 25 March. In support of the new LP, the CMT Music Award winner will launch his headlining ‘Livin’ My Best Life Tour’ this week, with direct support from Dylan Marlowe. The 22 U.S. city coast-to-coast trek begins 24 February in Grand Rapids, MI, and concludes 29 April in Silver Spring, MD. Continuing to share new music leading up to the official release date, Scott debuted viral TikTok hit ‘Can’t Have Mine’ on Friday, 18 Feb — listen HERE and pre-add/pre-save the Livin’ My Best Life album HERE.

After co-writing ‘Can’t Have Mine’ with Matt Alderman, Josh Melton and Dallas Wilson, Scott posted a clip of the unreleased song online. The clip quickly went viral on TikTok, generating over 36K sound usages and over 5M views across his social platforms in just a few weeks, while the song instantly went Top 5 on the iTunes Country Chart upon release. Patterned after his real-life romance with his high school sweetheart and now wife, Blair, the heart-melting ballad finds the husband and father of two counseling every country boy on the type of woman to look for: “Find you a girl that leaves you speechless, gets wild on the town but still loves Jesus,” he advises. There’s just one condition: You can’t have his girl.

Scott released an acoustic video for ‘Can’t Have Mine’ on Valentine’s Day. The song is the third taste of new music previewing Livin’ My Best Life, following nostalgic hometown anthem ‘Static’ and fiery lead single ‘New Truck.’ Watch the romantic video HERE.

About Dylan Scott:

Curb Records recording artist Dylan Scott is a triple threat — a powerful vocalist with a deep, unmistakable drawl; an old-soul songwriter with a young spirit; and a family man with a tender heart. The multi-Platinum singer has notched two No. 1 singles at radio (“My Girl” and “Nobody”), as well as Top 5 hit “Hooked.” Following his first career nomination for “Best New Country Artist” at the all-genre 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards and a coveted spot among Country Radio Seminar’s New Faces of Country Music Class of 2019, his Gold-certified ode to his wife, “Nobody,” earned him a 2021 CMT Music Award. With career streams exceeding 1.2 billion, the Louisiana native has provided tour support for Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan and Chris Young, among others, cementing him as an in-demand live act. Livin’ My Best Life, the highly-anticipated follow-up to his chart-topping Nothing To Do Town EP, releases Aug. 5, 2022, and features fiery lead single New Truck” and viral TikTok ballad Cant Have Mine.”
