Corpsegrinder is co-produced by Nick Bellmore (Dee Snider/Kingdom Of Sorrow) and Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed) and is available via Jasta’s new label, Perseverance Media Group. Featuring a guest appearance from Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Hate Eternal) on the track “Acid Vat”, the album also sees Charlie Bellmore (Dee Snider, ex-Toxic Holocaust) handle guitar and bass duties, with Nick Bellmore (Dee Snider, ex-Toxic Holocaust) on drums. Together, they created a 10-song effort that is chock-full of death metal, hardcore thrash, plus Corpsegrinder’s signature guttural vocals. Throughout the years, the Cannibal Corpse front-man has become a beloved figure in the metal scene and beyond, having one of heavy music’s most brutal voices. That iconic growl shines through on Corpsegrinder, a soon-to-be classic in the vocalist’s celebrated catalog.

“‘Corpsegrinder’ is, at its core, a death metal record by one of the most iconic voices in the scene. Over the past near 30 years he’s left his mark on the world with Cannibal Corpse, and here it’s distilled into its purest form.” – Distorted Sound

“You really couldn’t ask for a better example of a death metal record than ‘Corpsegrinder’ or a better vocalist to do it.” – Metal Injection

“It’s time to windmill your head and respect the neck.” – Angry Metal Guy

“‘Corpsegrinder’ unleashes a bloodthirsty rage, increasing his kill count throughout the course of the unforgiving, self-titled achievement. Fisher’s unmistakable, fire-breathing roar returns more pissed off and voracious than ever. No soul will survive. Death is imminent.” – New Noise Magazine

“…ten muscular and murderous chunks of death metal purity, all sufficiently distinct from anything Cannibal Corpse have done in recent times to justify the initial conceit, and all propelled breathlessly along by Fisher’s unmistakable and unstoppable vocal delivery. As with Jasta’s mentoring of Dee Snider, these songs are beautifully crafted things, custom designed to showcase the unerring power of that scabrous bark and produced in such a way that accommodates both old and new school death metal values.” – Blabbermouth

“The music on ‘Corpsegrinder’ is no typical Death Metal, but a mean and groovy bastard of a bit of Death, a bit of Thrash and a whole lot of metallic moshing, Hatebreed-compatible Hardcore that forces you to put on the enchanted moshpit ball slippers.” – Metal Hammer Germany
