Austin, Texas quartet Colorblind — vocalist Travis Moseley, drummer Tyler Moseley, bassist Nicholas Asper, and guitarist Justin Page — have just dropped new double single ‘Letdown’ and ‘Misery Loves Company’.
“Letdown” explores “the inner conflict of still caring for someone who consistently hurts and disappoints you,” shares Moseley. “Despite the pain, there’s a lingering attachment — the feeling that the other person might be a missing piece — but that connection is built on illusions, lies, and emotional neglect.”
Regarding “Misery Loves Company,” the singer explains, “This song is about the slow unraveling that happens when you’re caught in someone else’s darkness — how love turns into survival, and how pain shared doesn’t always mean pain healed. It’s a breaking point anthem for anyone who’s been drained by trying to save someone who won’t save themselves.”
