NASHVILLE, TN —(3rd February, 2022) — BBR Music Group label-mates Chayce Beckham, the latest winner of ABC’s American Idol, and Lindsay Ell, award-winning triple threat (musician, vocalist, songwriter) have shared their piping hot music video for their supercharged duet, “Can’t Do Without Me” with a CMT premiere. The music video is available to watch worldwide now.
The intensely seductive song (produced by Ross Copperman and penned by Jordan Walker, Trannie Anderson and Michael Carter) describes a couple’s long-awaited reunion, which the video brings to life with visions of Beckham and Ell speeding down beautiful scenic routes. Filled with heart-pounding anticipation, the video was filmed in Tennessee and directed by Matthew Paskert.
Soaring with a high-energy beat, the “stellar vocalists” (Wide Open Country) perfectly complement each other, fusing together striking harmonies and electrifying guitar licks that expertly showcase “Beckham’s gritty Country/Rock vocals and Ell’s powerhouse pipes amongst Country-Pop production” (Country Now). Chayce Beckham is one of the most buzzed about newcomers in Country music today, having won over millions of hearts while competing on Season 19 of ABC’s American Idol. The Calgary native learned to play guitar while traveling with her father to Country-Bluegrass camps as a young girl.
